Meet Sheriff Cathey
Sheriff Eddie Cathey has been in law enforcement for more than 45 years. He grew up in western North Carolina but has lived all around the state during his years with the Highway Patrol. He was elected Sheriff of Union County and was sworn in on December 1, 2002.
