This is the second year that Special Olympics Union County will be hosting a Polar Plunge at Cane Creek on Saturday February 10th. You can pre-register using the link below. The plunge will begin exactly at 11:30AM, so please arrive early to enter for the raffle and 50/50 prizes! Last year we had a BLAST. 

Special Olympics Union County is challenging all Law Enforcement Agencies in Union County to come out and support their event by running into Cane Creek and Freezin' For A Reason with the Special Olympic Athletes of Union County. Please sign up with your squad, your family, your church, your friends, anyone you know and help Special Olympics Union County reach their goal to support the local athletes here in Union County. All funds raise stay here locally to help the athletes participate in the things that they love to do. The cost is only $15 dollars for students and $25 for adults, or you can register a team of 5 for $100. 

So get out of your comfort zone for just one moment of your day and do something that will help someone feel included! Don't forget to dress to make someone laugh or smile, wear something silly if you'd like or just come as you are! Remember, you'll only be cold for a moment, but the smile you'll put on an athlete's face will last for a lifetime!
